    Description

    1939 Worlds Fair Souvenir round tin of Trylon & Perisphere Dont know what it is?. This item measures about 8 1/8" wide and about 1 1/8" high. Gorld top with orange bottom and edge. Round enamel type center measures just about 4" with picture of Trylon and Perisphere. top comes off. Only writing on it is in center says New York worlds fair 1939. some say it was candy tin or cookie tin, but it has no advertising. I think it held 8MM film of some sort but can not say for sure. Has some scratching and paint lose, other than that in good shape. Thanks for looking. Murph
