This 28" Baby doll was bought in a Estate Sale in a house where has a lot of antiques collections. The doll has a mark on his neck
"MADE USA H 750"
. Inside the body has a hole where it seems a mechanism would be there and the mouth too but is absent, makes sound when it open and close the eyes. The face has a lot scratches, please use photos for reference, its marks are normally in a vintage toys. In the body it has a lot of holes in the fabrics, and time stains too. this is a beautiful antique for your collection. The cloths is a pink suit vintage too, I will include it but it is not the same brand and its not part of the deal. I am looking about information for this baby doll, I found a head doll identical and this person inform the doll is a Sleepy Celluloid, but I can not guarantee this information.
