    Description

Up for bid is a stunning piece of blue smithsonite.  This gorgeous material could be turned into many high end gemstones or kept as a beautiful specimen for your display collection.  This is very dense solid material and weighs 170 grams.  There is a tiny bit of brown matrix on the back.  The specimen was not labeled with a locale, but we believe it most likely comes from either the Kelly Mine in New Mexico or the Santa Anita Mine in Choix, Sinaloa, Mexico.
