    Description

    Offered for sale is an antique hankie bag, patented 1926. The bag measures  19 by 15 inches including the doll. The doll is a celluloid Kewpie-type doll with a mohair wig. There is molded hair under the wig. The string elastic has stretched between the arms. The bag is a floral print on linen. It is trimmed with pleated pink ribbon. There is a label with a poem and the patent date attached to the front of the bag.
    The bag is pristine with no soil nor damage. A very charming piece from the Roaring Twenties.
