Transit
Your item will ship within 24 hours on the first business day after payment has cleared. Our company uses USPS, UPS, FedEx, R&L to ship items. Please provide a contact number prior to shipping (tanning beds). Your number will remain confidential and will only be used for shipping processing purposes.
Shipping can be delayed if a phone number is not provided.
Shipping transit times vary depending on carriers. We will choose a freight carrier after purchase depending on location. With residential deliveries, the shipment will be held by the carrier until you are contacted to confirm a drop off time. Standard curbside service ONLY. The driver is not required to help move the tanning bed
Returns
If product is damaged in transit, please accept the package and inform the carrier of the damage. Contact us immediately with photos of the damage and for further instructions. You have up to 7 days of receipt to make a claim on damaged product. Damaged product will be replaced free of charge.
We offer a 30 day warranty, within which item(s) may be returned or replaced.
