    In 1939 New York World's Fair George Washington's Inauguration Souvenir Token. Gold gilt on brass or bronze token commemorating the Inauguration of George Washington 150th Anniversary for the 1939 New York World's Fair. Token measures 1-1/4" diameter and weighs 10.6 grams. Circulated condition with traces of the gold gilt stilll visible. Fresh from an estate on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
