when the dunlop mini crybaby was just hitting the stores, we had the
first modded one in the world!
not just a few parts changed, we totally gut them and change the whole works.
based on our popular "ITALIA" wah
, one of the most faithful tributes to the 60s vox italy JEN made ' filmcan ' inductor V846 wah.
we have dubbed this our "mini-talia".

same great features as our full size italia, even down to the same PCB:
- absolute minimum of parts used, for the most pure signal path. compare to other ''vintage style' or  boutique wahs, we simply have the lowest parts count around.
- new gagan designed inductor made to replicate the inductance, resistance and harmonic sweetness of the filmcan originals. you must play it and feel it to truly appreciate the sweetness!
-specially selected caps and resistors for pure vintage response.
- 2 trimmers for tailoring, growl, low end, volume, input response, etc.
- low gain vintage npn transistor@ Q1 for era-correct tones.
-  all  vintage, US or japan carbon comp resistors. superior tone over chinese modern resistors.
- high quality military grade PCB. nice upgrade from the 60s originals.
- ICAR-like sweep with upgraded aftermarket wah pot ( chasetone or equivalent).
NO COST OPTION : you can have it either with pure battery power, or both, including filtered/regulated standard type power input jack.

int'l shipping note - to save weight, we now ship our wahs with super padding but very little cardboard to save weight. this allows us to offer very reasonable shipping, keeps everyone's cost down.
