    Description

    Small 7" x 4.5" textile piece from the 1939 New York World's Fair. Acquired from an estate auction that included many world's fair collectibles. I don't know if this was supposed to be a napkin or handkerchief or just a decorative piece. The graphic design is really nice. Printed on a thin fabric. You can see through it when held up to light. The fabric is in good condition. No tears and still feels solid and strong. I couldn't find any information about who the artist might be.
