    Description

    Could find no mark, but has some tarnish.  Silver plate?  Measures 12 1/4" square and is footed, 2" high.  Black velvety backing.  Not lightweight or flimsy but is hefty and substantial.  Mirror has Mottled/aged appearance.  Etching is beautiful.  Centerpiece? vanity tray?
